GMS provides international IMT Services, training, drills/exercises, environmental audits, contingency & tactical response planning, risk assessments and more.  Our client base has grown since our inception and now spans many transportation and energy sectors including oil terminals, pipelines, power generation & transportation companies, ship owner/operators, oil majors, railroads and more.  Although GMS has grown to provide a vast amount of services, Incident Management for emergency response to oil & hazardous materials incidents on land or water, contingency planning, and executing crisis drills & training remain our core areas of business.

Our headquarter office is located in Moorestown, New Jersey, US where our core group of IMT personnel are located.  We also maintain a coastal presence in Richmond, VA; Fort Lauderdale & Tampa, FL; New Orleans, LA; Port Arthur & Houston, TX; Los Angeles & San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Seattle, Washington; Honolulu, HI, and throughout Alaska.
