Chris Curatilo joined the GMS Team after 28 years in the Coast Guard. He served as Chief of Port Operations and Chief of Maritime Environmental Response, responding to countless major oil spills, hazardous materials releases, SAR cases and man-made and natural disasters. He is a recognized expert in maritime security for both regulated vessels and facilities. He is a FEMA train the trainer for the ICS and able to step into Command, Ops, or Planning roles during any incident. He currently holds an active Federal Secret Clearance and a master’s degree in Safety, Security and Emergency Management.
