Paul is a Response Specialist. His work focuses on emergency response to hazardous materials, environmental planning, readiness, and tracking legislation that impacts the oil and shipping industries. He is qualified to fill roles that include: Incident Commander, Operations Section Chief, Logistics Section Chief, as well as various other leadership roles on our incident management team.Prior to working with GMS, Paul worked for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. As an Assistant Chief of Law Enforcement, Paul’s work experience included assignments as the Co-Chair for the Los Angeles Oil Spill Area Committee, and as the Governor’s appointee to the incident specific review (ISPR) of the COSCO BUSAN oil spill in San Francisco. Paul’s familiarity and personal contacts with state government along the West Coast have proven to be beneficial when representing the interests of GMS clients.
