Chris started at Gallagher Marine Systems in 2013 as a Plans Coordinator in the Plans Department and was promoted to Assistant Plans Manager – Content & Regulatory Specialist in 2019. During his tenure, Chris has obtained years of experience in Federal, State, and International Oil Spill Contingency Plan maintenance and preparation. His educational background is a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and English (double major) from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and a Master of Science in Environmental Protection and Safety Management from St. Joseph’s University in 2012.
