Holly has over 25 years of experience in oil spill management in the Pacific NW. Her various roles within regional industry included contingency plan development, ICS training, regulatory compliance, and oil spill responses. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University and is a certified Project Management Professional. Holly’s expertise in exercise facilitation includes designing and conducting exercises consistent with HSEEP doctrine.
