The Gallagher Marine Systems staff is uniquely comprised of individuals skilled in a broad range of disciplines. Our compliance support and incident response teams possess a wide variety of talents, long-term experience in incident responses, and well-rounded educational backgrounds in topics such as: engineering, environmental sciences, business management, finance, marine transportation, naval architecture, and law. In addition, our staff consists of professionals experienced in P&I Club/Salvage Association incident and claims handling, Merchant Marine Operations and Administration, and U.S. Coast Guard Operations and Law Enforcement. Our well-rounded and dynamic team is ready to support our clients’ unique needs. We are pleased to introduce our Executive and General Management below.

Emergency Response
Mitch is a seasoned professional with twenty-two years of service in the US Coast Guard, bringing extensive experience in Maritime Operations and Project Management. Specializing in Emergency Management and Maritime and Port Security, he has led numerous federal projects in California, focusing on Environmental, Aquaculture and Windfarms, Vessel Traffic Services, Oil Spill Recovery, and Marine Transportation Systems. Mitch holds a bachelor's degree in emergency management from Thomas Edison State University and a master's degree in public administration with a Project Management Graduate Certificate from Central Michigan University. His certifications include a 200 Ton Masters Near Coastal, National Registry EMT, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
