A graduate of Arizona State University, Brendan began his career in plan writing and compliance services in 2005. He is involved in all aspects of OPA 90 Vessel Response Plans, Panama Canal SOPEP’s, California State Contingency plans, as well as experience working on Alternative Planning Criteria (APC) projects. Brendan has years of experience in vessel response planning and client engagement.
