Forensic Support
GMS regularly furnishes advices and expert testimony in support of litigation and arbitration, principally on behalf of defense attorneys. Such support has ranged from expert testimony respecting the technical aspects of response to the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of spill response strategies and tactics to the suitability of cost control over response efforts.

Other Consulting Support
We routinely provide expert forensic support for all aspects of maritime litigation and arbitration. We maintain a roster of experts in each of the multiple disciplines that can pertain in a defense against the potential liabilities arising from vessel/cargo operations and their evolutions.
